PRESTIGE COLLEGE

Prestige College was established in 1991 and opened its doors in January 1992. The school gained its independence in 1995 when it formed its own ARTICLE 21 COMPANY NOT FOR GAIN due to the vision and insight of Prof Bart Oberholzer who was the chairman of the trust at the time.

PRE-SCHOOL

Our Pre-school at Prestige College is a space for little ones to learn skills through play and interaction. In the Pre-School the focus is on stimulation of the physical, perceptual, creative and personal development in a secure environment through play.

PRIMARY SCHOOL

We therefore add learning material that is needed and train our teachers accordingly on a frequent basis. We are not bound or limited by the CAPS curriculum.

HIGH SCHOOL

We follow the CAPS Curriculum as prescribed by the Department of Basic Education of South Africa. However, we are a Multiple Intelligences School and focus on catering for the different intelligences in the classroom.

Welcome to Prestige College Hammanskraal

Prestige College is a combined, Independent school located 5 km South of Hammanskraal. We welcome learners from the age of 4 years and we offer tuition from Grades 000 to Grade 12. We, however, do not accept learners looking to start Grade 11 at Prestige. We value bringing diversity and fresh perspectives into our community and we encourage you to spend time finding out about our programs.
